"Thinking in Three Dimensions With Felt" workshop

This one-day workshop will encourage participants to work their sketched ideas into 3D felt objects. The felt sculptures can take any shape, whether it be an original character or an abstract felt form.
Cat & Isobel will take you through the process of making basic patterns for 3D shapes, from development stage to finished product. You will learn about the planning process, cutting and stuffing techniques and the best stitches to use for each step of your project.

Basic felt and sewing equipment will be provided but if you have a specific piece of fabric in mind for your project, please bring it along!

Basic sewing skills are essential.
